If
you're ready to commit to breast augmentation
surgery using saline implants, but do not
know what to expect, let Physicians Marketing
Group help you through the process and make
it as easy as possible for you. We'll handle
every step of the cosmetic surgery process,

Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area to

Generally,
breast augmentation surgery is safe when
using saline implants. It is important to
note, however that any surgery carries risks.
Some of the risks of saline implants are
lack of permanence (meaning that the implants
may need to be replaced), formation of scar
tissue, and infection. To learn more about
these and other risks, please refer to the
"about breast augmentation" page on our
website.
Saline
breast implants are essentially a silicone
shell filled with a salt water solution
called saline. These shells are inserted
into the breast in a procedure that usually
takes between one and two hours. The procedure
is almost always outpatient and is done
with either local anesthesia with sedation
or with general anesthesia. You'll want
to have a friend or family member accompany
you to your surgery and stay to drive you
home afterwards.
After
your breast augmentation surgery, you should
be back to work in a few days, though you
may experience pain and tenderness for several
weeks following. You'll most likely want
someone around the house for a few days
to help you recover, as your mobility may
be limited immediately following surgery.
However, it shouldn't be long before you
begin to see the results of the surgery
and can start enjoying your new look. At
Physicians Marketing Group, we pride ourselves
on making your dreams come true.
